Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise efficiently during early morning shifts
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planogram standards
- Rotate products using FIFO principles to maintain freshness
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain clean, safe workspaces
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Assist with floor resets and promotional displays
Qualifications
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Availability to work 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts
