Responsibilities
- Process transactions efficiently with 99%+ accuracy using advanced POS systems
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized service and product knowledge
- Manage cash handling, inventory reconciliation, and daily reporting
- Train new staff on operational procedures and brand standards
- Drive sales through upselling techniques and loyalty program enrollment
- Maintain pristine store appearance and merchandising standards
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and solution-oriented approaches
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years high-volume cashier or retail experience
- Proven track record in cash handling and inventory management
- Advanced POS system proficiency (Square, Shopify, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail with mathematical aptitude
