Responsibilities
- Efficiently process cash, credit, and digital transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, promotions, and policies
- Operate POS systems and maintain balanced cash drawers
- Upsell premium products and loyalty program memberships
- Conduct daily reconciliation of sales reports and inventory
- Maintain organized checkout stations and promotional displays
- Collaborate with loss prevention team to prevent shrinkage
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years cashier or retail experience
- Proficiency with modern POS systems (Square, Shopify, etc.)
- Exceptional cash handling and reconciliation skills
- Strong customer service orientation with conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Nevada gaming license preferred (not required)
