Responsibilities
- Process transactions accurately using advanced POS systems while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized assistance and product knowledge
- Operate high-end point-of-sale equipment and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Upsell premium products and loyalty programs to enhance customer experience
- Conduct inventory reconciliation and daily sales reporting with precision

Qualifications
- 2+ years of high-volume cashier experience with cash handling expertise
- Proficiency with luxury retail POS systems (e.g., Lightspeed, Shopify POS)
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual capabilities preferred
- Strong attention to detail with 100% accuracy in transaction processing
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
