Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain pristine workspace and uphold strict hygiene standards
- Operate espresso machines and coffee brewing equipment with expert-level proficiency
- Collaborate with team to develop seasonal menus and innovative drink creations
- Manage inventory and ensure quality control of coffee beans and ingredients
- Train junior staff on coffee preparation techniques and service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional barista experience in high-volume settings
- Expert-level knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service and conflict resolution
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments during peak hours
- Familiarity with modern POS systems and inventory management software
- Passion for specialty coffee with continuous learning mindset
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification preferred
