Qualifications
- 15+ years in emerging tech with 5+ years in strategic foresight
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum applications
- Experience scaling tech startups to $1B+ valuations
- Deep expertise in ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Cognitive AI, or Future Studies
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
