Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-ready solutions integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate-positive technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineers, ethicists, futurists) through full innovation lifecycle
- Develop patent-protected frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech disruptions 5-10 years ahead
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Champion responsible innovation through our AI Ethics Oversight Board
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computational Physics, Bioengineering, or Futurist Studies
- 5+ years leading R&D initiatives in exponential technology sectors
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive modeling
- Proficiency in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable innovation implementations
- Certification in Responsible AI Governance (RAIG)
