Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech, Web3) and their business implications through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for executive leadership teams
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefings for C-suite clients
- Design innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 market opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic visions at international conferences and executive summits
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience

- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
