Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 strategic vision framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives and board members
- Produce annual Future State Reports with data-driven predictions and strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with R&D to translate foresight into product innovation roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with futurist think tanks and academic institutions
- Present future outlooks at industry conferences and investor summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience with Delphi method and scenario modeling techniques
