As the 2026 Vision Lead, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global thought leaders to anticipate paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, climate tech, and human-machine interaction. Your insights will directly influence product development, investment decisions, and organizational transformation for the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology & Society Strategic Foresight Framework
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite on disruptive 2026 trends
- Produce quarterly Horizon Scan reports on emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into 3-year innovation roadmaps
- Establish cross-industry foresight networks and trend-tracking systems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and boards
- Manage Futurist Strategy team of 4 senior analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in AI, biotechnology, climate adaptation, or human augmentation domains
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Foresight, or equivalent experience
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published author or keynote speaker on emerging technologies
- Experience managing global research teams and stakeholder ecosystems
