- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping future scenarios to strategic initiatives
- Produce quarterly trend briefings for executive decision-making
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across business units
- Represent company at global futurism forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy
- Expertise in technology convergence analysis and exponential growth models
- Proven track record of implementing future-proof business strategies
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
