- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with innovation ecosystems
- Advose on emerging technology adoption and organizational readiness
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism role
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex concepts
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Experience with horizon scanning and weak signal detection methodologies
- Global perspective with multicultural experience preferred
