Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging global trends, technologies, and market disruptions through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen product/service innovations aligned with long-term vision
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for future uncertainties
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate foresight into product development lifecycles
- Deliver executive briefings on future implications and strategic recommendations
- Monitor horizon-scanning technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Drive thought leadership through white papers, conferences, and industry panels
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex insights
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
- Passion for shaping humanity's technological trajectory
