As a key member of our Future Labs division, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype solutions for climate resilience, AI ethics, and sustainable urban development. You'll present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and partner with industry leaders to pioneer next-generation business models.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic innovation roadmaps using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions (quantum computing, bio-integration, etc.)
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with global research institutions on emerging technology adoption
- Design sustainability frameworks for circular economy implementation
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies affecting 2026 markets
- Develop KPIs and success metrics for future-readiness initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing long-term vision frameworks
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic roadmaps
