- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions in AI ethics and quantum computing
- Partner with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with emerging technological paradigms
- Author high-impact thought leadership positioning Horizon Dynamics as the 2026 innovation benchmark
- Design and execute stakeholder engagement strategies for global industry forums and policy shaping
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 5+ years applied foresight experience
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, synthetic biology, decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or top-tier industry publications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell, OECD) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic foresight implementations
