Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning models for technological, societal, and market shifts through 2030
- Design and execute innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term organizational vision
- Present future-state analyses to stakeholders via compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Integrate future insights into product development, marketing, and operational strategies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technological forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-state strategy implementations
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., from Futures School)
