Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation priorities with long-term market shifts
- Produce actionable reports on emerging tech disruptions (quantum computing, bio-integration, etc.)
- Partner with C-suite to embed future-readiness into corporate strategy and R&D pipelines
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or innovation roles with demonstrable 2020+ impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech) and societal trend analysis
- Published thought leadership in futurism publications (e.g., Futures, Foresight)
- Advanced proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, backcasting)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
