Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) through 2026
- Develop and maintain 10-year strategic scenario-planning frameworks
- Produce quarterly futures intelligence reports for executive stakeholders
- Design cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Facilitate C-level workshops on exponential technology adoption
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and R&D centers
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or digital transformation
- Proficiency in futures research tools (Delphi, horizon scanning platforms)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into business strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ years of strategic foresight deliverables
