Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, market shifts, and socioeconomic indicators to forecast 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Present foresight frameworks to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to prioritize breakthrough innovation projects
- Author thought leadership publications on future-ready business models
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategy, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or industry disruption
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
