Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Translate future scenarios into executable roadmaps for executive leadership
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging trends and their business implications
- Monitor geopolitical, climate, and regulatory signals affecting future landscapes
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist partners and academic collaborators
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech roles
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, and climate tech convergence points
- Proven ability to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Experience with horizon scanning tools like Delphi or PESTLE analysis
