- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and validate global trends impacting 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Author proprietary trend reports with predictive analytics and strategic recommendations
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce evolution
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype innovation pathways for 2026 product ecosystems
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic adaptation to emerging technological paradigms
- Represent the firm at global futurism forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5-year+ strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario modeling, systems thinking, and predictive analytics

- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and neurotech convergence
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into executable strategy
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP, cross-impact matrices)
