Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify emerging trends and disruptive forces through 2026
- Produce scenario-planning reports and strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives and board members
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future opportunities and threats
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business strategies and investment priorities
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive briefings
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and socioeconomic indicators to refine strategic forecasts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
- Experience working with global teams across multiple industries and cultural contexts
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
