Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026+
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops using scenario planning and predictive modeling
- Produce annual Future State Reports distributed to C-suite executives globally
- Design innovation pipelines integrating blockchain, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Advose on policy implications for emerging regulations in autonomous systems and AI ethics
- Present findings at international forums including Davos and World Economic Summit
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier
- Certification in Futures Research (e.g., Association of Professional Futurists)
- Experience with predictive analytics platforms (e.g., Palantir, Gartner)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 10-year strategic implementations
