Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, market shifts, and socio-economic indicators to identify opportunities for 2026+
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario models for product roadmaps
- Present compelling future-state narratives to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Lead innovation workshops to cultivate forward-thinking culture across the organization
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize emerging technology investments
- Author annual 'Future Horizons' reports influencing company strategy
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Planning, Technology, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech trends
- Proven track record translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven scenario planning experience
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
