- Lead innovation workshops with executive teams to translate foresight into strategic roadmaps
- Author high-impact trend reports and white papers published in industry-leading journals
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with 5-year strategic vision
- Represent company at global futurist forums and shape industry discourse on next-gen challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 7+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of developing scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
