- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with future-proof business models
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Publish thought leadership on future-focused topics in industry publications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven futurist methodology experience
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Portfolio of published future scenario analyses or trend reports
- Experience facilitating executive foresight workshops across Fortune 500 companies
