Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 strategic roadmaps by analyzing technological, economic, and societal disruption vectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive teams across healthcare, energy, and fintech sectors
- Produce trend intelligence reports quantifying AI adoption, climate tech acceleration, and demographic shifts
- Design innovation frameworks enabling rapid adaptation to quantum computing and synthetic biology breakthroughs
- Present strategic foresight findings to global stakeholders at industry summits and board retreats
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies and exponential thinking
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and World Economic Forum
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) regulatory landscapes
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into multi-year business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier publications
- Fluency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Foresight Platform, Kumu) and data visualization
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
