- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into strategic priorities
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and predictive market analyses
- Build and maintain a proprietary futures intelligence database
- Advolve on innovation pipeline development for emerging tech applications
- Represent company at global foresight conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of delivering C-level trend briefings
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating trend prediction accuracy
