Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, AI ethics, climate tech, and human augmentation domains
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026-2030 market landscapes
- Present executive briefings on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Design innovation roadmaps with measurable impact metrics
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-critical solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigms
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurist research
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning work
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating foresight into narratives
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on strategic innovation
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
