Responsibilities
- Anticipate global tech, societal, and economic shifts through advanced trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps aligning with emerging paradigms in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate planning and innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and risks
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and think tanks
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory developments affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful long-term strategy implementations
- Experience working in fast-paced tech or startup environments
- Published thought leadership in future studies or strategy publications
