Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, biotechnology, quantum computing, and sustainable innovation to inform strategic roadmaps
- Develop future scenario models and stress-test business strategies against disruptive forces
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight methodologies across product development
- Produce executive-level reports and presentations on technological convergence and market evolution
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Advise leadership on ethical implications and societal impacts of emerging technologies
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks for continuous trend monitoring
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Innovation, or equivalent
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio of published future-oriented analyses or thought leadership
