- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions addressing climate resilience and digital ethics
- Present trend analyses and strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer emerging technology adoption
- Mentor innovation teams in foresight methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-oriented thinking across all departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 impact
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology) and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in future studies or technology innovation journals
- Experience managing distributed innovation teams across global markets
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent program
