- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Produce forward-looking scenario analyses and disruption assessments for executive decision-making
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and thought leaders
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives to embed innovation thinking across all departments
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and trend analysis

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-suite stakeholders and global teams
- Published thought leadership in innovation or foresight publications
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
