Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Partner with C-suite to translate futuristic visions into actionable business strategies
- Curate and manage external innovation networks including academic institutions and startups
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and market validation
- Mentor cross-functional teams in design thinking and agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 5+ year market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/Master's preferred)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience scaling innovation programs across global enterprises
- Published thought leadership on technological evolution or future studies
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP) strongly preferred
