- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and disruptive technologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate emerging market opportunities
- Author foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for leadership
- Build cross-functional coalitions to drive innovation initiatives
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in AI, biotech, or sustainable tech domains
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Experience with innovation frameworks like Design Thinking or Lean Startup
