Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps for 2026+ horizons
- Lead scenario planning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Facilitate executive workshops on emerging technology disruption
- Manage R&D partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global innovation labs
- Present strategic futures to Fortune 500 boards and government agencies
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough sustainability solutions
- Mentor next-generation futurists through Horizon's Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging tech
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures/innovation journals
- Expertise in at least two exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Executive experience with Fortune 100 or global policy institutions
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant field
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to market impact
- Deep network with global innovation ecosystems and thought leaders
