Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to develop 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks
- Design scenario-planning models for organizations navigating post-2025 disruptions
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce transformation
- Develop innovation roadmaps integrating Web3, climate tech, and neurotechnology convergence
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics for Fortune 500 clients
- Build foresight methodologies using horizon scanning, Delphi techniques, and trend impact analysis
- Mentor cross-functional teams in strategic foresight and adaptive innovation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis for 2025+ horizons
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Executive-level presentation skills with experience delivering to C-suite audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIF) preferred
- Published thought leadership on future of work or emerging tech disruption
- Experience consulting with Fortune 500 companies on transformation strategy
