Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps across quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients navigating disruptive futures
- Author white papers on emerging tech impacts (neurotech, climate AI, decentralized networks)
- Design immersive foresight simulations using our proprietary Horizon Engine platform
- Curate annual 'Future Frontiers' summit featuring Nobel laureates and startup pioneers
- Mentor cross-functional teams in anticipatory intelligence methodologies
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation maturity
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published research on exponential technology adoption patterns
- Expertise in horizon scanning and weak signal detection
- Proficiency in foresight frameworks (Delphi, STEEP-V, causal layered analysis)
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Cognito, Cortical)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology disruption predictions realized
- Understanding of ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
