Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Lead high-stakes ideation workshops with global stakeholders to foster disruptive thinking
- Design and pilot prototype solutions for next-gen challenges in sustainability and digital transformation
- Present strategic foresight frameworks to investors, partners, and internal leadership
- Establish KPIs for innovation portfolios and track ROI of experimental initiatives
- Mentor cross-functional teams in design thinking and agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex concepts
- Experience with AI/ML tools for predictive modeling and trend forecasting
- Certification in Design Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation initiatives with measurable impact
