Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 markets
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Conduct deep-dive trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Design innovation workshops and foresight frameworks for executive leadership teams
- Produce thought leadership content including whitepapers and keynote presentations
- Partner with R&D teams to align emerging technologies with client strategic goals
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems through proprietary data analytics and expert networks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, corporate foresight, or innovation management
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or innovation frameworks
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technology disruption
