Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype breakthrough solutions for future markets
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track adoption of future-ready capabilities
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership content on the future of work and technology convergence
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic plans with measurable impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Experience facilitating C-level strategic planning and innovation workshops
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technology disruption or future trends
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
