Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (technological, social, environmental) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026+ horizon
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into innovation roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and execution priorities
- Produce high-impact strategic briefings for executive leadership and board members
- Build and curate an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Quantify future market potential and risk assessment for emerging domains
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, energy)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Palisade, Trendalyzer, custom AI models)
