Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for technological adoption and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports identifying disruptive trends
- Design and execute scenario-planning exercises for 2026+ business landscapes
- Advise leadership on emerging technology implications (AI, quantum, bioengineering)
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Translate foresight into product roadmaps and investment priorities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication abilities
- Experience with scenario-planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or thought leadership
