Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends relevant to 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefings for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain an innovation ecosystem of industry disruptors and academic partners
- Drive adoption of future-ready technologies through change management initiatives
- Quantify market opportunities and risks using predictive modeling and data analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
