Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into market-ready strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, blockchain, quantum)
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
