Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 innovation roadmaps by synthesizing emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with market evolution
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite clients to navigate disruptive futures
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proofing strategies
- Produce white papers and thought leadership on exponential technologies and their business implications
- Identify and evaluate emerging startups and technologies for partnership opportunities
- Quantify ROI of future-focused initiatives through predictive modeling and market analysis
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and innovation management
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record developing future-proofing strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable insights
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
