Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation frameworks that translate foresight into executable R&D roadmaps and investment theses
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype solutions for emerging societal and technological challenges
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and emerging tech startups to scout breakthrough innovations
- Mentor innovation teams in futures-thinking methodologies and adaptive strategy execution
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent field with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovations (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, synthetic biology, quantum computing, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
