Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and socioeconomic trends to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof product ecosystems
- Present compelling future scenarios to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive future trends
- Establish strategic partnerships with innovation hubs and academic institutions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies
