Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/socioeconomic trends to forecast 2026+ market shifts and disruption vectors
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks aligned with 5-year organizational vision
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Design prototyping initiatives for next-gen products and services
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation pipeline maturity and ROI
- Partner with R&D teams to validate future-readiness of current offerings
- Author thought leadership publications and industry foresight reports
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into executable business strategy
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, APF) or advanced degree in Futures Studies
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario-planning and trend-mapping deliverables
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and prototyping frameworks
