Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, socio-economic, and cultural trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize foresight insights into actionable roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate concepts
- Establish thought leadership through industry publications and conference presentations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record developing future-facing strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Flourish) and AI trend analysis
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations with measurable impact
